# Illinois SB 1280 (98th) — POWER OF ATTORNEY ACT-DUTIES
|
||
|
||
Amends the Illinois Power of Attorney Act. Provides that an agent shall provide a copy of certain records required to be kept when requested to do so by a representative of the public guardian for the county in which the principal resides acting in the course of investigating whether to file a petition for guardianship.
