# Illinois SB 1801 (98th) — USE/OCC TAX-AIRCRAFT

||

||
Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that an exemption for materials, parts, equipment, components, and furnishings incorporated into an aircraft applies only to the use of qualifying tangible personal property by persons who modify, refurbish, complete, repair, replace, or maintain aircraft (instead of "organizations").
