# Illinois SB 1871 (98th) — DRIVER'S LICENSE CANCELLATION

||

||
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Allows the Secretary of State to cancel the driver's license of a nonresident or former Illinois resident who has submitted satisfactory documentation to the Secretary of State to be released from the requirement of showing proof of financial responsibility.
