# Illinois SB 2169 (98th) — SALES TX-FRANCHISOR RETURN
Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that, under each Act, a franchisor that has at least one franchisee shall file an annual return setting forth the name and address of the franchisee, the certificate of registration number and federal identification number of the franchisee, the gross sales of the franchisee, the total amount of sales by the franchisor to the franchisee, and any income reported to the franchisor by the franchisee.
