# Illinois SB 2765 (98th) — EIU-TUITION WAIVER LIMIT PROG

||
Amends the Eastern Illinois University Law. Makes changes in provisions concerning the tuition waiver limitation pilot program. Removes language referring to the program as a pilot program, terminating the program after the 2015-2016 academic year, and repealing the provisions on July 1, 2019.
