# Illinois SB 3129 (98th) — HOLOCAUST COMMISS-APPOINTMENTS
Amends the Illinois Holocaust and Genocide Commission Act. Provides that the President and Minority Leader of the Senate shall each designate a member or former member of the Senate and the Speaker and Minority Leader of the House of Representatives shall each designate a member or former member of the House of Representatives to advise the Commission. Provides that upon the expiration of the terms of the initial members, the appointing authority may re-appoint initial members and sets forth the terms of those re-appointments.
