# Illinois SB 3157 (98th) — MILK PRODUCTS ACT-ENFORCEMENT

Amends the Grade A Pasteurized Milk and Milk Products Act. Deletes definitions for "dairy farm" and "milk product". Deletes provisions that (1) establish testing protocols and (2) set forth a violation of the Act.
