Provides that the Director of the Department of Public Health, after notice and opportunity for hearing to an applicant or seal holder, may deny, suspend, or revoke a seal, or assess civil penalties in conformance with the provisions of the Act, in any case in which he or she finds that there has been a substantial failure to comply with the provisions of the Act or the standards, rules, and regulations under the Act. Provides that all fees and penalties collected under the Act shall be deposited into the Facility Licensing Fund. Repeals a provision concerning the advisory council on mobile homes and manufactured housing. Effective immediately."

# Illinois SB 3176 (98th) — MOBILE STRUCTURE SAFETY
