# Illinois SB 3447 (98th) — IDOR-LOCAL GOVERNMENT
Amends the County Motor Fuel Tax Law in the Counties Code and the Home Rule Municipal Use Tax Act in the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that the State Treasurer shall retain 2% of amount to be paid to each county or municipality under those provisions (not including credit memoranda or refunds) to cover the costs incurred by the Department of Revenue in administering and enforcing those provisions.
