Effective immediately, except that the repeal of the Industrial Hygiene Regulatory and Enforcement Fund takes place on January 1, 2014."

# Illinois SB 72 (98th) — EPA-INDUSTRIAL HYGIENIST

Amends the State Finance Act. Repeals the Industrial Hygiene Regulatory and Enforcement Fund. Repeals the Industrial Hygienists Licensure Act. Amends the Environmental Protection Act.
