# Illinois HB 3510 (99th) — HEALTH CARE FAC-SUBCOMMITTEE
|
||

||
Amends the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act. Requires the Health Facilities and Services Review Board to establish a separate set of rules and guidelines for long-term care for submission to the Index Division of the Office of Secretary of State no later than April 1, 2016.
