In the Downstate Teacher Article, provides that an employee of a school board association who becomes an employee after the effective date of the amendatory Act is not a teacher for the purposes of the Article."

# Illinois HB 4259 (99th) — PEN CD-ELIGIBILITY
Amends the Illinois Pension Code.
