# Illinois HB 4377 (99th) — CONSUMER FRAUD-USED VEHICLES

Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. Removes provisions requiring all new and used motor vehicle dealers to pay a percentage of certain repairs for power train components.
