# Illinois SB 1898 (99th) — SOS-EXPEDITED ID CARD AND LIC

||

||
Amends the Illinois Identification Card Act. Provides that whenever any application for an identification card is accompanied by a fee, and the application is refused or rejected prior to a review of the applicant's eligibility for the card, the fee shall be returned to the applicant.
