# Illinois SB 809 (99th) — STATE APPELLATE PROSECUTOR
|
||
|
||
Amends the State's Attorneys Appellate Prosecutor's Act. Allows the State's Attorney of Cook County to designate a person to represent the State's Attorney on the board of governors of the Office of the State's Attorneys Appellate Prosecutor.
