Oregon SB 478 (2019 Regular Session) — Relating to nondisclosure agreements; and declaring an emergency.

Prohibits campaign moneys and public moneys from being used to make payments in connection with nondisclosure agreement relating to workplace harassment. Declares void and unenforceable any nondisclosure agreement entered into with use of prohibited moneys.
