# Virginia HB 1688 (2017) — Practice of chiropractic; certain medical evaluations.
Provides that the practice of chiropractic medicine shall include performing the physical examination of an applicant for a commercial driver's license or commercial learner's permit if the practitioner has (i) applied for and received a certificate as a medical examiner from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration in accordance with 49 C.F.R.
