# Virginia HB 779 (2018) — Norfolk, City of; eliminates cap on salaries of appointed members of school board.
Eliminates the cap on the annual salary that the school board of the City of Norfolk may pay its appointed members. Beginning July 1, 2018, all members of such school board will be elected members.
