Workers' compensation; presumption of compensabilityfor COVID-19. Establishes a presumption that COVID-19 causingthe death or disability of firefighters, emergency medical servicespersonnel, law-enforcement officers, and correctional officers isan occupational disease compensable under the Workers' CompensationAct.
