Unrestorably incompetent defendant; competencyreport. Provides that in cases where a defendant was previouslydetermined to be unrestorably incompetent in the past two years,a competency report may recommend that the court find the defendantunrestorably incompetent to stand trial, and the court may proceedwith the disposition of the case based on such recommendation.
