Raw OLRC USLM XML zips @ release 119-100 (retrieved 2026-07-04 via Atlas depot), ingested with the standard pipeline: raw snapshot -> per-section OKF markdown -> manifest + checksums. # 2 U.S.C. § 21 - Oath of Senators
|

## Text
|

|
The oath of office shall be administered by the President of the Senate to each Senator who shall be elected, previous to his taking his seat.
|
|

|
