Raw OLRC USLM XML zips @ release 119-100 (retrieved 2026-07-04 via Atlas depot), ingested with the standard pipeline: raw snapshot -> per-section OKF markdown -> manifest + checksums. # 7 U.S.C. § 2372 - Payment of plant variety protection fees; return of excess amounts

## Text

|
||
All fees shall be paid to the Secretary, and the Secretary may refund any sum paid by mistake or in excess of the fee required.
|
||
