# 2 U.S.C. § 1976 - Acceptance of donations of animals
## Text
(a) In general The Capitol Police may accept the donation of animals to be used in the canine units of the Capitol Police.
(b) Effective date This section shall apply with respect to fiscal year 2005 and each fiscal year thereafter.
