Raw OLRC USLM XML zips @ release 119-100 (retrieved 2026-07-04 via Atlas depot), ingested with the standard pipeline: raw snapshot -> per-section OKF markdown -> manifest + checksums. Section, act Aug. 7, 1953, ch. 341, 67 Stat. 439, established a joint Senate and House Recording Facility revolving fund, provided for the disposition of monies, and required the coordinator of the Facility to give a penal bond.
