Raw OLRC USLM XML zips @ release 119-100 (retrieved 2026-07-04 via Atlas depot), ingested with the standard pipeline: raw snapshot -> per-section OKF markdown -> manifest + checksums. # 2 U.S.C. § 138 - Law library; hours kept open
|

## Text

The law library shall be kept open every day so long as either House of Congress is in session.
|
|
|
|
