Raw OLRC USLM XML zips @ release 119-100 (retrieved 2026-07-04 via Atlas depot), ingested with the standard pipeline: raw snapshot -> per-section OKF markdown -> manifest + checksums. # 2 U.S.C. § 173 - Establishment of Center for the Book

## Text

||
There is hereby established in the Library of Congress a Center for the Book. The Center shall be under the direction of the Librarian of Congress.
|
||
