# 6 U.S.C. § 1153 - Authorization of appropriations
## Text
There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Transportation to carry out section 1165 of this title—
(1) $38,000,000 for fiscal year 2008;
(2) $40,000,000 for fiscal year 2009;
(3) $55,000,000 for fiscal year 2010; and
(4) $70,000,000 for fiscal year 2011.
