Raw OLRC USLM XML zips @ release 119-100 (retrieved 2026-07-04 via Atlas depot), ingested with the standard pipeline: raw snapshot -> per-section OKF markdown -> manifest + checksums. A, title VIII, § 841(c)(1), Nov. 29, 1989, 103 Stat. 1514; Pub. L. 102–25, title VII, § 701(g)(1), Apr. 6, 1991, 105 Stat. 115, which authorized studies in fields of research and development essential to development of critical technologies, was repealed by Pub. L. 102–190, div. A, title VIII, § 821(c)(1), Dec. 5, 1991, 105 Stat. 1431.
