# 10 U.S.C. § 933 - Art. 133. Conduct unbecoming an officer

||
## Text

||
|
||
Any commissioned officer, cadet, or midshipman who is convicted of conduct unbecoming an officer shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
|
||
