D, title XLIV, § 4464, Oct. 23, 1992, 106 Stat. 2741, which related to increased early retirement retired pay for public or community service, was repealed by Pub. L. 115–232, div. A, title V, § 553(c), Aug. 13, 2018, 132 Stat. 1772, applicable with respect to an individual who retires from the Armed Forces on or after Aug. 13, 2018.
