Raw OLRC USLM XML zips @ release 119-100 (retrieved 2026-07-04 via Atlas depot), ingested with the standard pipeline: raw snapshot -> per-section OKF markdown -> manifest + checksums. # 10 U.S.C. § 8048 - Medical Officer of the Marine Corps
|
||

||
## Text

||
|
||
(a) There is a Medical Officer of the Marine Corps who shall be appointed from among flag officers of the Navy.
|
||
|
||
(b) The Medical Officer of the Marine Corps, while so serving, shall hold the grade of rear admiral (lower half).
|
||
