Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 -> 59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. # 16 U.S.C. § 410iii–2 - Definitions
|
||

||
## Text
|
||
|
||
In this subchapter:
|
||
|
||
(1) Commission The term “Commission” means the Cedar Creek and Belle Grove National Historical Park Advisory Commission established by section 410iii–7 of this title.
|
||
|
||
(2) Map The term “Map” means the map entitled “Boundary Map Cedar Creek and Belle Grove National Historical Park”, numbered CEBE–80,001, and dated September 2002.
|
||
|
||
(3) Park The term “Park” means the Cedar Creek and Belle Grove National Historical Park established under section 410iii–3 of this title and depicted on the Map.
|
||
|
||
(4) Secretary The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior.
|
