Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 -> 59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. # 16 U.S.C. § 410y–1a - Boundary revision

The boundaries of the park are revised to include approximately 600 additional acres.

Codification Section was enacted as part of the National Parks and Recreation Act of 1978, and not as part of the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal Development Act which comprises this subchapter.

|
||
Amendments1980—Pub. L. 96–199 struck out proviso that additions to the park as authorized by this section shall not include any properties located between 30th Street and Thomas Jefferson Street in the northwest section of the District of Columbia.
