Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code
now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 ->
59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun,
verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make
legal-us-code default now covers every title.

# 16 U.S.C. § 450jj9 - Activities in Memorial area pending submission of plan
## Text
Pending submission of the Commissions plan, any Federal entity conducting or supporting significant activities directly affecting East Saint Louis, Illinois, generally and the site specifically referred to in section 450jj3 of this title shall—
(1) consult with the Secretary of the Interior and the Commission with respect to such activities;
(2) cooperate with the Secretary of the Interior and the Commission in carrying out their duties under sections 450jj to 450jj9 of this title, and to the maximum extent practicable, coordinate such activities with the carrying out of such duties; and
(3) to the maximum extent practicable, conduct or support such activities in a manner which the Secretary determines will not have an adverse effect on the Memorial.
