Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 -> 59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. 16 U.S.C. § 460ppp–1 - Definitions
Text
As used in this subchapter:
(1) The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior.
(2) The term “public lands” has the meaning stated in section 1702(e) of title 43.
(3) The term “conservation area” means the Black Rock Desert-High Rock Canyon Emigrant Trails National Conservation Area established pursuant to section 460ppp–2 of this title.
