Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 -> 59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. # 16 U.S.C. § 460ppp–1 - Definitions
|
||
|
||
## Text
|
||
|
||
As used in this subchapter:
|
||
|
||
(1) The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior.
|
||
|
||
(2) The term “public lands” has the meaning stated in section 1702(e) of title 43.
|
||
|
||
(3) The term “conservation area” means the Black Rock Desert-High Rock Canyon Emigrant Trails National Conservation Area established pursuant to section 460ppp–2 of this title.
