Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 -> 59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. # 16 U.S.C. § 460zzz - Definitions
|
||
|
||
## Text
|
||
|
||
In this subchapter:
|
||
|
||
(1) Conservation Area The term “Conservation Area” means the Dominguez-Escalante National Conservation Area established by section 460zzz–1(a)(1) of this title.
|
||
|
||
(2) Council The term “Council” means the Dominguez-Escalante National Conservation Area Advisory Council established under section 460zzz–6 of this title.
|
||
|
||
(3) Management plan The term “management plan” means the management plan developed under section 460zzz–5 of this title.
|
||
|
||
(4) Map The term “Map” means the map entitled “Dominguez-Escalante National Conservation Area” and dated September 15, 2008.
|
||
|
||
(5) Secretary The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior.
|
||
|
||
(6) State The term “State” means the State of Colorado.
|
||
|
||
(7) Wilderness The term “Wilderness” means the Dominguez Canyon Wilderness Area designated by section 460zzz–2(a) of this title.
