Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. # 16 U.S.C. § 3473 - Regulations

## Text

||
The Secretary of Agriculture shall prescribe such regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
