Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. # 18 U.S.C. § 2338 - Exclusive Federal jurisdiction

||
## Text

||
The district courts of the United States shall have exclusive jurisdiction over an action brought under this chapter.
|
||
|
