Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. # 18 U.S.C. § 3150 - Applicability to a case removed from a State court

The provisions of this chapter apply to a criminal case removed to a Federal court from a State court.
