L. 103–382, § 3(a)(3)(B), Oct. 20, 1994, 108 Stat. 3519, provided that: “Part C [§ 331, repealing sections 236 to 239, 240 to 241–1, 242 to 244, and 631 to 647 of this title] of title III of this Act and the amendments made by such part shall take effect on October 1, 1994.”
