L. 89511, §§ 5(b), (8), 80 Stat. 313, related to payment to States of Federal share and determination of amount of such payment, and was omitted in the general amendment of this chapter by Pub. L. 91600, § 2(b), Dec. 30, 1970, 84 Stat. 1660, effective after June 30, 1971.
