L. 89–10, title VII, as added Pub. L. 93–380, title I, § 105(a)(1), Aug. 21, 1974, 88 Stat. 511, by Pub. L. 95–561, title VII, § 701, Nov. 1, 1978, 92 Stat. 2268. A prior section 880b–1, Pub. L. 89–10, title VII, § 703, as added Pub. L. 90–247, title VII, § 702, Jan. 2, 1968, 81 Stat. 816; amended Pub. L. 91–230, title I, § 151, Apr. 13, 1970, 84 Stat. 151, authorized appropriation of 15, 30, 40, 80, 100, and 135 million dollars for fiscal years ending June 30, 1968 through 1973, respectively, and for distribution of funds.
