Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code
now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 ->
59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun,
verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make
legal-us-code default now covers every title.

# 20 U.S.C. § 80s2 - Private support for civil rights history project
## Text
(a) Encouraging solicitation and acceptance of donations The Librarian of Congress and the Secretary are encouraged to solicit and accept donations of funds and in-kind contributions to support activities under section 80s1 of this title.
(b) Dedication of funds provided to Library of Congress Notwithstanding any other provision of law—
(1) any funds donated to the Librarian of Congress to support the activities of the Librarian under section 80s1 of this title shall be deposited entirely into an account established for such purpose;
(2) the funds contained in such account shall be used solely to support such activities; and
(3) the Librarian of Congress may not deposit into such account any funds donated to the Librarian which are not donated for the exclusive purpose of supporting such activities.
