now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 ->
59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun,
verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make
legal-us-code default now covers every title.

# 22 U.S.C. § 9681 - Definitions
## Text
In this subchapter:
(1) Agency The term “agency” includes any entity, organizational unit, program, or function.
(2) Transition period The term “transition period” means the period—
(A) beginning on October 5, 2018; and
(B) ending on the effective date of the reorganization plan required by section 9682(e) of this title.
