Section 1870, act July 18, 1956, ch. 627, § 14, 70 Stat. 566, stated Congressional declaration of policy to promote economic development of underdeveloped countries. See section 2151 of this title.
Section 1871, act Aug. 26, 1954, ch. 937, ch. II, § 201, as added Aug. 14, 1957, Pub. L. 85141, § 6, 71 Stat. 357; amended May 14, 1960, Pub. L. 86472, ch. II, § 202(a), 74 Stat. 135, stated Congressional declaration of purpose for development loan program. See section 2151 of this title.
