Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. # 22 U.S.C. § 1964 - Report to Congress
|

## Text

The President shall whenever appropriate report to the Congress his action hereunder.
|
||
|
