Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code
now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 ->
59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun,
verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make
legal-us-code default now covers every title.

# 22 U.S.C. § 263c - Anti-piracy information sharing
## Text
The Secretary is authorized to provide for the participation by the United States in the Information Sharing Centre located in Singapore, as established by the Regional Cooperation Agreement on Combating Piracy and Armed Robbery against Ships in Asia (ReCAAP).

Definitions Pub. L. 11781, div. E, § 5002, Dec. 27, 2021, 135 Stat. 2341, provided that: “In this division [see Tables for classification]: “(1) Appropriate congressional committees.—The term appropriate congressional committees means the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate and the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives. “(2) Department.—If not otherwise specified, the term Department means the Department of State. “(3) Secretary.—If not otherwise specified, the term Secretary means the Secretary of State.”
