Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. # 25 U.S.C. § 1651 - Purpose

## Text

The purpose of this subchapter is to establish programs in urban centers to make health services more accessible to urban Indians.
