Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. # 25 U.S.C. § 41 - Special agents and commissioners

## Text

|
All special agents and commissioners not appointed by the President shall be appointed by the Secretary of the Interior.
|
